Charter is booked as a whole aircraft, so cancelling close to departure costs real money that the operator has already committed. The exact terms for your flight are printed on your offer before you pay — this page explains how they work.
1.Where your terms come from
Each operator sets its own cancellation schedule for the aircraft it flies. We pass that schedule through unchanged, and it appears on your offer. Where this page and your offer differ, your offer governs.
2.Typical schedule
Unless your offer says otherwise, cancellation by you attracts the following charge, calculated on the total price:

These bands must be filled from the operator agreements actually in use before this page is published.
3.If we or the operator cancel
Where a flight is cancelled by the operator or by us for any reason other than your conduct or your documents, we will offer you a replacement aircraft on comparable terms where one can be found. If you decline it, or none is available, you receive a full refund of what you paid for that flight, without a cancellation charge.
Weather, technical faults and air traffic restrictions are decisions for the operating carrier. They are outside our control and outside the carrier’s, and they do not create a claim beyond the refund or replacement described above.
4.Changes rather than cancellation
Moving a departure time within the same day is often possible at no charge if the aircraft and crew are still available. Changing the date, the route or the aircraft is treated as a cancellation and a new booking unless the operator agrees otherwise. Ask us in the order chat first — it costs nothing to check.
5.How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned in the same asset and on the same network as your payment, to an address you confirm to us in writing. Network fees for the return transfer are deducted from the refunded amount.
We process refunds within [N] business days of agreeing the amount. Settlement time on the network is outside our control.

6.No-show
A passenger who does not arrive by the agreed departure time, or who cannot travel for want of valid documents, is treated as a cancellation at the shortest notice band. Crew duty limits mean an aircraft cannot simply wait.
