Terms of service
Template — not yet reviewed by counsel
We are a broker: we find an aircraft, agree the price with the operator and handle the paperwork. The flight itself is performed by a licensed air carrier, and their conditions of carriage govern what happens in the air.
1.Who we are
These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [REGISTRATION NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“Let it Jet”, “we”), operating the website letitjet.com.
2.What we do, and what we do not do
We act as an agent arranging air charter between you and an aircraft operator. We are not an air carrier, we do not own or operate aircraft, and we hold no Air Operator Certificate.
Every flight is performed by a licensed operator under its own AOC. That operator is responsible for the aircraft, the crew, the conduct of the flight, and all decisions about safety, routing and timing. Its conditions of carriage apply to your flight and are made available to you before payment.
3.Requests, offers and when a booking exists
Prices shown during search are estimates based on comparable flights. They are not offers and do not bind either party.
An offer is the document we send you naming a specific aircraft, schedule and total price. It is valid until the time stated on it. A binding booking arises only when we confirm to you that the operator has accepted and your payment has been received in full.
4.Price and payment
The price on your offer is the total for the flight described. It includes the items listed as included on that offer and excludes those listed as excluded. Charges arising from your own requests after booking — schedule changes, extra passengers, special catering — are additional.
Payment is made by transfer of the digital asset named on your offer, on the network named on your offer, to the address named on your offer. Transfers sent on a different network or to a different address cannot be recovered, by us or by anyone. Payment is complete when the transfer is confirmed on-chain and credited in full.
[CONFIRM WHETHER VAT OR OTHER TAX APPLIES AND HOW IT IS SHOWN]
5.Passengers and documents
You must give us complete and accurate passenger details — full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and expiry — by the deadline we state. Operators and border authorities require them, and a flight can be refused without them.
You are responsible for each passenger holding valid travel documents, visas and permits for the route. We do not verify them and are not liable for a refusal of carriage or entry arising from documents.
6.Changes, delays and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are set out on our cancellation and refunds page and on your offer, and follow the operator’s terms for the aircraft booked.
Operators may change or cancel a flight for safety, weather, technical or regulatory reasons, or where required by air traffic control. Where that happens we will offer a replacement aircraft where one can be found, or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled flight.
7.Our liability
We are responsible for arranging the charter with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the operation of the flight, which is the carrier’s responsibility under its conditions of carriage and the applicable air law conventions.
[LIABILITY CAP AND EXCLUSIONS — MUST BE DRAFTED FOR THE CHOSEN JURISDICTION AND CHECKED AGAINST LOCAL CONSUMER LAW]
8.Sanctions and lawful use
We do not arrange flights that would breach applicable sanctions, export controls or aviation regulations. You confirm that no passenger is a person subject to sanctions that would prohibit the flight, and that the flight is for a lawful purpose. We may decline or cancel a booking where this is not the case.
9.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are subject to [COURTS OR ARBITRATION FORUM].
